Are you licensed and insured? |
- Yes, I am both licensed and insured.
- I am happy to provide a certificate of insurance if your wedding/event venue requires it. Please let me know at least 2 weeks prior to your event so that I have enough time to order one.
| What kind of equipment do you use? |
- I use a Canon 5D as my primary camera and a Canon 40D as a secondary/back-up camera. Both are digital cameras. I also use a variety of Canon lenses, flashes, and accessories.
| Do you have a studio? |
- No. All photo sessions take place at a location of your choice (within San Diego County). Possible locations are parks, beaches, residences, etc.
| How many images do you take during a photo shoot? |
- I take as many photos as time and circumstances allow. The number of images will vary depending on the package you have selected.
| When will my photos be available online for viewing? |
- Photos from portrait session will be available within 1 week of the shoot.
- Photos from weddings and other events will be available within 2 weeks of the event.
- Photos will be available for a minimum of 2 months. Additional time may be available upon request.
| What should I wear to my photo shoot? |
- Solid colors are best.
- Avoid distracting patterns.
- Coordinated outfits work for engagement and family photos.
- Wear styles that best reflect your personality and the "look" that you are going for.
| Can I have more than one outfit for the shoot? |
- Feel free to bring multiple outfits and change as often as you like. Just keep in mind that wardrobe changes take time away from the actual shooting time.
| What do you suggest for hair and make-up? |
- Make-up appears more subtle in photos than in life. Therefore, make-up should be applied more heavily than normal in order to stand out in the photos.
- Avoid shiny and reflective products. Lip gloss is fine.
- Wear your hair as you wish.
| Are you available for photo shoots and events outside of San Diego County? |
- Yes. Please contact me to discuss the possibilities.
